Well the snowstorm that I was talking about ended up dropping a hefty amount of snow. It also brought with it a feeling of lethargy for me!
I still worked out, but not as consistently as I had planned. I had the unconventional snow shoveling added in which helped. All-in-all, even though I didn’t do as much as I had planned, I was able to maintain what I had lost so far, which I’ll take as a win.
We also returned to school last week which allows me to be more mobile than anything over the past 12 months. It’s also thrown a loop in my schedule because I have to be ready for work earlier than I have needed to in recent memory. So positives and negatives!
I’m looking forward to this next week as it is spring break for my school. My goal is to take the time to ratchet up my workout efforts. Today marks two months to the day until my school year ends and I would like to drop an additional 30 pounds by then. I know it’s ambitious, but I need to set something that is challenging for me so I’ll stay motivated. So I’ll be adjusting my countdown and adjusting my goal numbers based on that!
